Any chance you might give your thoughts on the comments on the Daggers website or the stats?

Finally, if Mark Stallard said 'We are disappointed not to win and could have lost', and that is what you are basing your opinion on, I think you've taken them totally out of context. I would say exactly the same, but I thought we played really well and the defence were solid.

This is NOT a pro-Ardley post, it's a pro-the team on the pitch. It's Christmas, why not try to look for one positive thing!
mania you make some debated points

As for peter schmeichel in my opinion man united,s best keeper in recent years , look at his son kasper when he with us, he was always shouting at defenders, and was angry when we let a goal in .

As for stats they do not win matches goals do , the fact was we can not kill these poor sides off, they are still in the game with a chance to win in the closing stages

I have not taken things out of context, as some posters say how good we were , how come we could have lost the match??

The fact is our defense is poor, people were saying our defense was the best, yet stallard said he could not believe Dag & rR missed, a real let off for Notts

But i definitely agree we are all pro Notts County, its hard with Ardley in charge, but maybe i should look for the positives

Why was Schmeichel their best keeper? It was because sometimes the defence was breached. Sometimes their opponents missed golden chances. That's football. Because they should have scored a goal, doesn't mean that our defence wasn't solid.

I quoted stats not because they win matches, but because they do show how much we had been in control. Surely you would have to agree that the quotes from their website show they realise they had a close escape.

Did Stallard also say he couldn't believe Wootton missed, or that the penalty hadn't been given?

Anyway, let's move on, as you agreed to.

Dagenham had their first sight of goal in the 71st minute. Notts should have been a couple of goals to the good by then but for some poor finishing and a bad penalty decision. The attacking intent in the last two games has been excellent and created some big chances, the three big chances in the Dagenham game were not capitalised on and whilst I'm by no means in the pro Ardley camp I really can't see how he can be blamed for his players missing chances after he has provided them with the necessary tools, training and instruction to get them there in the first place.

Well even Harrogates manager even after beating us seems to be pro Ardley “It’s a good club with a really good manager and assistant manager” how on earth is he qualified to have this view

I didn't say it was useless, you've made that up. I said it's not as creditable as watching the game with your own eyes and forming a view. You understand that surely? You are just listening to someone else's view.

And please don't bring my mate Stall into this he also can't stand silly overreaction of fans.

As for the manager praised his attacking team selection for this game, which resulted us creating a lot more than in previous away games where I've been critical. That's it , that's the only praise. The missed chances was the big and only negative from that performance.

Remember if we don't get promoted this season I want him dismissed or his contract not renewed. I've only said this two dozen times this season and last but you choose to ignore. Why?

I didn't want Ardley as manager, I just didn't want him sacked during or at the end of last season. He didn't deserve sacking last season IMO, I'm allowed that view. I'm not alone in that view.

You are right we probably won't go up automatically, but we should be right up there fighting for it but only one goes up after all. The odds are against us according to the bookies but we should be getting play offs again as a bare minimum.

Everyone knows we dropped too many points against poor teams and too many away from Meadow Lane , the same again could be the case this season. But try and be at least a little balanced. Don't try and spin everything into a negative whatever the result or performance. Or referring wrongly to events 2 seasons ago. It's the same record it's dull

Above all smile from time to time, be happy when we play well

Or at least be happy when we win a game, be positive every now and then. It's allowed chap, you don't have to live in despair and frustration all the time. You are meant to be a Notts fan you must be used to underachieving and disappointment , you act like it's something new to us Notts fans lol.

Don't panic you can still justifiably moan, rant and rave when we don't. There's two sides to every coin after all. You are allowed to praise when it's warranted.

Let the owners and Chief Exec make the decision on the manager it's their job after all. It's not up to you, me or NCM.

Its you thats dull, always trying to defend your bile

I am referring to events 2 seasons ago that are correct, it is you that tries firstly to forget they happened, and wrongly try to claim Ardley was not responsible for our relegation- full off it as usual
. He should have gone that season, i am not alone in thinking that either,
Here we go ,hiding behind the owners, i gave reasons for this, and its nothing to do with how great Ardley is , its because of there own reasons, but eventually they will tire of him..

Commentary is just as good as your biased view. Streaming does not make your view any better ,if you asked 10 people that saw the stream , they will see it differently and i am just as able to form an opinion from commentary as a live stream , so give it up

It was fine to say we created chances, but to say we were very good and deserved to win was rubbish, and that we were defensively great was nonsense, they felt that they deserved to win the match , despite our good start we faded , and could of lost- that is the balanced view. A poor result against a poor team

As somebody pointed out on here, you only continously appeared on here after Ardley was appointed, and have been up his a... ever since. When Ardley is finally relieved of his duties, can you do me a favour and disappear again

Granted Big Sam got us promoted the next season but didn’t he not get a win out of Notts for 20 odd games and I read somewhere said players weren’t doing what he told them? In some situations the odds are just stacked against you, Ardley didn’t get us relegated, it’s been coming for years from awful owners who have bought us cos of our name and their ridiculous belief they can get us in the championship and beyond because of that which lead to stupid decisions. The last one being 30-40 pros on the books with no ability or thinking about how it was going to work, how could he build a siege mentality with 20 odd players plus moping around the club not wanting to be there.

Suppose we just have to beg to differ, none of us are going to change our minds
Lets move forward to the next game..
