    Looking at what Glass has played so far I think it will be something like a 4 1 3 2 type of formation. Brown as the sitting midfielder who then drops back into a 3 when the two full backs are playing high up. That means a midfield 3 of ferguson McRorie and Hayes/hedges. Our back 4 needs totally replaced as do our forward 2. So I would suggest at least 6 quality players and use the young loons as cover.
