Sure it has been said already somewhere but I just wanted say how good I thought Bajrami was last night. He looked real class at times and played some killer passes. I think he deserves some praise after having some seriously below par performances of late….that shows character.

I think that is a hallmark of this club right now, LW himself said there was no place for people who didn't want to be here and fight for this club, those who didn't have the character. I think we have seen in those going out of the club who he might have been on about. Certainly Vincent impressed him with his desire to come back and fight for a place. That character and desire in a side is often the missing 5 or 10% you need.

Bajrami's a very good player. In truth, probably more comfortable as a deep-lying defensive midfielder than a centre-half, but it's always useful to have someone who can cover more than one position.

I thought as a team we were tremendous in the second half last night. You won't see a more dominant performance, especially coming from a goal down. Whatever happens this season, this is the best Notts County team/squad I've seen for many a long year and fantastically entertaining to watch. They deserve promotion, whichever way it can be achieved.

Fantastic news, he really is essential to the way we play
The sending off knocked him off his game - he should listen to LW and not let that ref V Dagenham do that to him. Hope he's back and then back to his best soon

Hmmm never a penalty against CLE, not manhandling the player and the ball flew about two feet over his head anyway.

Watching those highlights, I think both penalties are harsh. At the game I didn't argue with the one they got but watching it back, if that's deemed a foul there would be at least 6 penalties per game. The one we got didn't look deliberate, so the bad decisions evened themselves out.

We will get promotion, either automatically . or in the playoffs, where we field our strongest team , we will tear the teams apart -

Agree 100%, theirs is a foul but it wasn't excessive for the usual shenanigans at corners. A tad harsh.

Our penalty, very harsh on them. Hate those sort of penalty decisions.

Thankfully neither had an impact on the result, Notts deservedly won by 2 clear goals after a frankly superb second half showing.

To be honest honest we had two clearer claims for a penalty before we got just the one we did. The first being a clearer handball with an outstretched arm making contact with a cross into the box and the 2nd surprise surprise! Langstaff being man handled in the box when chasing after a loose ball. In normal circumstances probably a throw away complaint but after the one he gave to them then a more than an obvious penalty. In context to the rest of the game maybe things don't even themselves out as we could and probably should have had three!...
Ps I don't even think that theirs was a penalty. On the night all I saw (from a distance admittedly) was their man climbing on Lemon's back and having seen the highlights that just confirmed my original observations....
