EIGHT players have been offered new deals by Burton Albion as Dino Maamria looks to build his squad for the 2023/24 season.
Mustapha Carayol, Tom Hewlett, Craig MacGillivray, Jakub Niemczyk, Tom Hamer, Deji Oshilja, Conor Shaughnessy and Terry Taylor are all out of contract this summer, but the Albion manager hopes to retain their services at the Pirelli Stadium.
A further eight players remain under contract: Joe Powell, Josh Walker, Mark Helm, Sam Hughes, John Brayford, Bobby Kamwa, Ciaran Gilligan and Charlie Lakin.
In addition, young defender Finn Delap has been offered a pro contract.
Michael Mancienne has called time on his career and has decided to retire following nearly 18 years in the professional game.
