They would obviously get into power through a general election, how else would it happen, as for the last part of your post, I think you need to take a wee bit more water with whatever you have been drinking, or go back to the normal ciggies.
You seem to be treating it very lightly. A bit like Notts playing in the Tinpot Trophy and losing 4-0 with a couple of minutes to go. Then throwing on a youngster up front and saying, 'Well he can't be any worse than the others are, let's give him a go'

Except it isn't like that - it is the country at stake.

Just had a look at the Reform manifesto. Pipedreams I'm afraid.

One thing is that they will reduce the basic rate of tax to zero for all patient facing staff in the NHS for 3 years. That might keep them happy - but there would just be massive industrial upheaval across the rest of the public sector.

Because in opinion polling they barely get more than the Greens, and still well under the Liberal Democrats.

Because in the local council elections they averaged 6% where they stood.

Because they came in behind the Greens in the two by elections they stood in this year.

    It isn’t rocket science.

And if that doesn't sink in, Reform UK are 500/1 to win the next election.

Only 1 in 20 voters wants the sort of reform they are offering.

And to come to the end of the term right after a global financial crisis made a change of leadership pretty inevitable.

Austerity and the inequality it brought with it strangled the life out of the UK. I have hope Starmer will be able to shift the conversation, eventually, but looking from the outside, England has never seemed so small.

I assumed that that was a given, including from your posts.

There's a factual basis for every statement I made, though.

I think the Reform manifesto is very strong. I realise it would take a miracle for them to be elected, but it is our only hope of getting out of this nightmare.
People who have differing views are being shut down, for nothing. They are trying their best to get rid of GB News which love em or loathe em it is scary.

With the ongoing investigation into the conviction of Lucy Letby, I hope those that hang on every word that the mainstream media tells them to believe are more cautious with how they develop their views.

If it is found that she was incorrectly convicted of murder, thank god there isn't the death penalty in the UK.

Mob rule should never override common sense and facts.

Nor should wild conspiracy theories override common sense and facts.

    But they often do.

What does 'the mainstream media' have to do with the case? Genuine question as I haven't been following.
