I often go on opposition message boards to get their view, and the view on the Swindon board doesn't back up yours. The usual 'apologists' say they should have won, the usual 'bedwetters' say they were rubbish, those in between say they deserved a draw. I get your negative view to a degree because it's become my natural mindset over the years to avoid disappointment, but today we weren't disappointed. We took the 3 points, so I can only think of celebration. Enjoy it like I am.
True. I wasn't there so would prefer to read that we bossed the game for 90 minutes and were a class above, but away games like that don't happen too often. We will have plenty of games where we looked the better side but came away with nothing, but sides who get promoted tend to have more than their share of these 'lucky' wins.
The goals, three really good finishes:

100% agree, last Thursday I think we win whatever, today seems reported as we got away with it. I’m liking the defence, still some question marks on the midfield but we have Palmer back now and extremely close to starting.
I think Jattas been great but just got this feeling Mcgoldricks so fired up to leave on a high that just maybe he’s going to do something this season special.
You don't win every game when you're playing well, sometimes it just doesn't happen for you.
However the most important thing is to at least nick a point when you're not at your best or you come up against strong opposition on the day and that's what happened today - Except we were resiliant enough to take all 3 with some great defending/keeping and 2 exceptional strikes.
Playing below our usual standard one game in isolation isn't a cause for concern - That's literally football, especially in our division where no team has the consistency to be world beaters every single week.
Don't see how anyone can be in a foul mood after today, I can't even remember the last smash and grab we had so embrace it, enjoy it and IF we lose to Accrington THEN you can have a bit of a more justified moan. No need to pick the bones of today, we won away without Robertson, Jatta and Palmer (bar his late cameo)
Do you seriously believe Notts will be the better team in all 46 games?
We probably deserved 3 points against Fleetwood but got 1 and deserved a point today and got 3. All that matters is how many points you end up with, 2 points a game (small sample) gets us promoted
