Changing subject slightly. the bazza fergahun story in the weegie press last week saying he and others who took advantage of the EBT's back in the day are kinda worried about possible tax cases. Well not sure if true or no but good old Hector might be chasing the spouses of said tax cheats to recoup moneys due to said tax man Hector!! What a great time that would be if it does happen...... JOY.

    Watch this space.

Sevco charged for Old Rangers cheating to get a Uefa licence in 2010-12.

I suppose it will all be settled with a funny handshake and a very small fine.

'All this harassment of the cub is taking money and time away from grass roots Scottish football'

    How noble.

Does anyone else think that UEFA have something to do with this, by all accounts they have been keeping a close eye on the Hunnery.

The cynic in me predicts the punishment might be a uefa ban for next season.

That could be quite handy, as rumours are going round that uefa have turned down the license application for this year. It could all be blamed on the previous regime, and stop awkward questions about the current finances.

remember the transfer ban punishment? The timing was negotiated so it had the least possible impact

VERY conveniently the SFA have cited “Rangers” after the 5 year timeline UEFA have for ounishment.
They can’t be banned from Europe.
The only punishment will be from the SFA if found guilty.
Which will be a paltry fine.

5 year time bar doesn’t apply to cases of “match fixing, bribery or corruption” according to UEFA rules apparently.

They are defo corrupt and the case is defo about corruption so not necessarily a get out of jail free card there.

That said, they’ll find a way to let them off as lightly as possible.

The latest dummy spitting statement is hilarious though. Not an ounce of humility in their entire being 😂

The line about the SFA being culpible for not stopping it in the first place is 2 things.

    1) f*****g incredible in its arrogance
    2) an admission of guilt
