    Despite case rates increasing, there is no pressure in hospitals and that should hopefully be the focus. Vaccination impacting hugely on the hospitalisation rate as now predominantly the younger groups that are not yet jagged. Hopefully they will now follow the hospital rates rather than case rates as that would get restrictions relaxed more quickly.

    Yet more scaremongering from MSM and all news on a day we had zero deaths by covid and the only thing they say is negative.Most of vulnerable have been double jabbed and we know for fact that the young rarely show any symptoms never mind anything adverse

    3rd wave here - im hoping for my 2nd jab soon. I suggest that all anti vaxers wear armbands or are tattooed visibly to enable responsible folk to avoid them - discuss

    Ironic to think that 77 years ago the UK Government had no qualms sending folk like us into France and beyond at great risk to life and limb. It would be extremely difficult if not impossible for me to travel to see the new D-Day memorial at Ver sur Mer today, despite my two vaccinations.

I have to say its Pubs and Schools where transmission is occurring as far as I can tell just now but get yir jabs, be careful for 2 weeks then get oot there! Level 1, 0 and even end of restrictions are coming!

    i was telt fae a few in the pub industry that the past few weeks the toon had been overrun with weegies here for a day oot

    might be why the cases are up

    thing is though if people stop getting tested oor numbers will come doon
