If you've said it before why are you saying it again?

Yes but currently managed by a man, his brother and 4 backroom staff who he has taken with him everywhere he goes. Familiarity obviously breeds success rather than contempt!

Yes I do fella. I run my own very successful business thank you. Speculate to accumulate. Without ambition businesses fold. Without outside investment to take businesses to the next level they die.
Have you ever stopped to think why the Bawtry Road training ground never got developed? Prime building land that's why.

Either inaccurate or a flat out lie to suit an agenda. I suspect you know which one I think it is on your part.

Kioso was the number 1 target for RWB
Bramall was the number 1 target for LWB
Humphreys Grant was a very high on the target list too.
I don't know about some others. I suspect Hall was pretty close to the top of the desired list. And Peltier too, come to think of it.

We have struggled to recruit strikers. Really struggled. Yes.

But if you honestly think any club gets practically all their number 1 targets you are absolutely deluded. Hardly any club does. Man City lost out on Cucurella and they have all the money you could ask for. He was a number 1 target.

It will never ever ever ever ever happen with TS or any other Chairman. Stop putting unbelievably unreasonable demands on people.

Ridiculous comment. Have you listened to the podcast?

Add Washington to the list actually. He was clearly a top priority.

You may be happy listening to TS and his stuck record season upon season but I'm sick of it.
Our problem is we let our best players contracts run down so they walk away for nothing. The plan of sign them for peanuts sell them for profit never works out fir us. The negotiators are terrible at their jobs and the chairman could peel an orange in his pocket.
Carry on wearing your rose tinted spectacles and applauding a chairman that has the same hold over the football club as Mr Booth.
I didn't say I was happy listening to TS saying pretty much the same thing every season and I'm certainly not looking at this through rose tinted glasses.
Personally I think we should have walked away from this loan deal as soon as the player asked for more time in the hope of securing something better. Also a salary of £18k per week is miles away from our capabilities and even a significant percentage of that would probably have put him on far more than our highest earner.
What I'm struggling with is why people expect TS to plough more of his money into a club that struggles to sell even 7500 season tickets. You say you're a successful business man so would you do that if you were chairman?
Also, how do you attract realistic long-term investment when the club is so poorly supported and, let's face it, in a sh*t hole of a town?
Perhaps the people who routinely criticise TS need a healthy dose of realism and to be careful what they wish for.

Excellent post Mellow Miller. I was compiling a response which I have shelved due to your comments.
