LOL Poor guy is happy for a chance let him be. Awesome game and Everton contributed it a fair bit. The only worry was just the 1 goal so many chances anyway a win is a win and away again why not bring it to our home games.

Could say the same last game why was there no goals. It's called football m8. I was just happy not because we won but a pleasure to watch 2 teams going for it. Too much negativity in the world and football was fantastic to see.

Refer to you to my reply to Mrs O.

As to the balance between home and away results.....nit sure there is much to take from any this season. Yes the players should be more familiar with the playing surface at home ground, but the whole home advantage is about ground and fans, the sheer assault on the senses of 30k+ fans screaming for blood and goals (maybe in that order!).

As it is, wins are wins, home or away, and wins like today's (even with only 1 goal), are just too special!

I know there isnt much love lost between any of the Yorkshire clubs, but can anyone give an objective view if why Sheffield United are doing so badly this season (given their performances in the last two seasons)?

Under Bielsa, Leeds have only lost 2 league games after scoring first. Once to Wigan and the playoff game against Derby. They have only drawn 3 league matches after scoring first, all last season. Strangely, all points lost after scoring first, have happened at home.
Although we all get sweaty in the last 5 min of regulation time, Leeds have only conceded equalizing or winning goals in the last 5 min of matches 4x times under Bielsa. Once against Ipswich which noone really cared, and once against Birmingham and once against Bristol City, but incredibly, we won the last 2. And against Liverpool. Not sure how late the equalizer Cardiff scored in the 3-3 draw was.

Maybe not playing in a pink strip would help?🤣
