And mentioning Laszlo in any context relating to JYM is ridiculous. FFS.
Players, most or whom are leaving and gutless, and staff who are best pals with the guy he replaced?
And people wonder why Csaba couldn't get this squad of ****ehouses to do better.
Ray was far too pally with the players. Going out drinking with them etc.
Csaba comes in and all of a sudden it's not a holiday camp anymore.
Tried to get the hard work out them and they went "**** that we like the easy life."
Csaba ain't the problem.
According to a post on another forum Csaba tried to show the players how much things mean to the supporters and they felt uncomfortable and then went ripping the piss and having a laugh about it.
Csaba ain't the issue.
Whether what you say about the players and staff is true or not, Csaba was brought in to improve their performance.
He couldn't command their respect or motivate them enough to get us promoted from what is a relatively weak championship. Nor did he sign players who were talented/motivate enough to improve the situation. Moshni was from Luggy and Ralston was offered to us so he'd be fit for preseason.
Yes, he took a difficult job. But it was far from an impossible task. A good manager would have got us over the line this season by motivating the players who were already here and bringing in 3 or 4 more who could improve us.
Csaba did neither of those things.
He's the manager, he has the final say. He's the problem
It's the tactics and player selection he puts out before they cross the white line that pisses me off.
This thread seems to have spun off into a "Who is at fault, Csaba or the Players?"
Hypothetical question for anyone thinking this...
Assuming that all playing staff were the same, If we had Jack Ross and Csaba was at St Mirren...do you think Utd would have won the league?
How many goals have we conceded from players switching off or making simple mistakes?
Thats not tactics, thats not selection. That is lack of concentration and a lack of desire.
And you just need to look at Csaba's reaction when those errors etc happen. He doesn't accept it. Not at all.
