In my opinion its an open and shut case, they will argue its unfair that clubs are being relegated,if they win none of the 3 get relegated and none of the others get promoted.

Of course there could be another reconstruction vote but the majority do not want it,if you were to say to me tonight United get promotion but The Rangers get their colts in i would say GIRUY but i am a much more democratic person than Fudgie,FACT.

To show you just how FN bad Fudgie is at running a football club its been reported that the Pundit is high on the list for the next manager of Hearts, honest to phuck you couldna make this stuff up.

He will be star of the show on Sportsound tomorrow saying its a great idea blocking all the promotions and saving his potential future employer.

The counter argument being its also unfair to deny promotion to the league winners. Its in the rule book that whoever finishes bottom of the divisions gets relegated and the winner of each league other than the top league gets promoted, with the exception being if they do not fulfil stadium criteria. So based on the fact that the vote was passed by the required majority to end the season and determine league places based on average points per game, I just don't see how their case stands up. My conclusion is that Hearts are ****ing ****e and deserve their bottom place! **** them and I hope they get expelled.

They will counter with the Dundee vote, when Nelms gets called he will say i changed from NO to YES because reconstruction was on the table and we would not be facing Hearts or ICT next season because they would both be in the top league.

He will probably also say that he was reassured by Doncaster and the rest of the SPFL board that they would all be pushing for a 14 team top league.

The date is the 7th of August 2016,

Tom English is interviewing the Hearts owner Ann Fudge.

"I think 42 senior clubs is too many for Scotland."
"Your looking at about half that number."
"We're not throwing people to the dogs and saying you don't matter.
We should be saying this is what will work better for you, what fits your profile."

Less than 4 years later the very same person conjures up a plan not to half the number of pro clubs in Scotland oh no she wants to add a further two snouts into the trough.

Tbf GB that kind of he said she said stuff won't form part of the decision, that's if it ever gets in front of the beaks. Their decision will be based solely on the evidence in relation to the Hearts claim that relegation is unfair and so is promotion. Imo they would look at the SPFL rule book, look to see if they acted in accordance with the rule book and decide on that basis, not what Percy said to Nelms or stuff like that.

Either way this is becoming a fkn groundhog day repeating every day, make it end!

Which ought to state that the team that finishes bottom gets replaced by the winners of the league below 👍
