I doubt many Dundee fans are totally happy we Nelms,I'm not.
That vote, disregard of fans, general state of dens also the pitch.
Friendlies in the USA,lack of communication, the general it's meh ba he portrays etc etc.
Loads of things he could get better.
But
His partnership with Keyes has stabilised a basket case of a club who have had 2 admins, nae ground and sky employees and lochee united players having to play.
The stadium debacle intrigues me,why would they pursue if they don't think possible?
I've no idea
I just think at times he deserves some credit for funding our club, yes Keyes is probably the money man but what if nelms wants home?
What then?
Keyes is the money man while Nelms was tasked with looking after Keyes investment in Dundee Football Club by being Keyes’s man on the ground in Dundee.
If Nelms wants home then the Chief Executive of Dundee Football Club post would hopefully on this occasion be advertised to appoint the best candidate for job.
He never booted me out.
When my wife and I were standing at the reception desk in Gardyne waiting to go on the tour of the club’s offices Nelms came out of an office and walked past us before going into his own office.
He never stopped to ask if we were getting attended to.
I suggest that you get your facts correct before posting duff information on this forum.
574......getting affy tight now. 😄
I believe in ten years we'll be no further forward and will have new owners. The site at Camperdown will have been sold on to clear an unmanageable mortgage taken out by the current owners who will be seen as a set of owners who left us in the pretty much the same state they found us - a yo yo club struggling to find stability in the top flight.
I hope we'll be playing at a refurbished Dens but suspect we might be sharing across the road.
