Not too shabby for a set of flat track bullies who have stopped playing for a their Head Coach who clearly has no idea what he is doing in a season when we would never pick up another point.

Back it up on Saturday and we are right back at it.

    Yooooooooou Pies ❤️

Crewe can beat Donny at home on Saturday and we will beat C'Field so right right back in it.

That's just the lift we wanted and after Bass went off injured early on we come away with a clean sheet as well which gives us a very big three points. To go to Grimsby who were the most in-form team going into this game and turn them over in their own backyard should lift confidence. Hopefully it's the turning point and we can now go on a run.

It sounded like it was a much improved performance especially in the second half so that should set things up for Chesterfield at home on Saturday.

Now that's much more like it! Showed pride, battle, energy, guile and some skill on a mud bath of a pitch . Topped with a worldie from Didzy

It's time for us to go on another good run especially with two home matches coming up. Automatic promotion is still very much possible this season. I've been really pissed off with recent results but I'm not writing us off being a League One club in a couple of months time.

One point off automatic and seven points off the top of the table (Let's keep looking upwards)

As it stands 79 points would be enough for third place. That's 18 points so another six wins from ten and that has to be the minimum target. It's achievable as well as our form in the past ten games is P10, W5, D2, L3, Pts 17 and that's despite the bad run.

I've said it before but this has got the makings of the final game against Doncaster as being the one that whoever wins that takes 3rd place.

Let?s hope Didz keeps fit for the remainder of the season because if Whitaker gets back in the team, we might as well be playing with ten men.

Well done Notts and well done Didz.. absolute class.
