Well done Fulham, a quality goal to win any game. Villa to their credit at least made a game of it in the second half, but wasted chances with Grealish and Snodgrass wasteful.

Villa not quite good enough but they gave it their best shot. Can go home with their heads held high.

It's sad to see Mo Salah going off with a shoulder injury after Ramos landed on him. Liverpool have started the game well as well.

Great performance from Liverpool first half, if they had got the goal they deserved it would be a different game. As it is I think they will be pushed to hold Madrid now. Pity.

What a way to concede a goal, poor from Karius, but on a plate for Benzema. Real Madrid have started the second half well and Isco should really have made it 1-0, but hits the bar. It will interesting to see how Liverpool respond to going behind.
