Where is your evidence of a club called Rangers existing in June/July 2012?

[quote="Taintedice", aye, no sh1t, sherlock. The problem was he couldn't, as the debts they had made it impossible. Clydebank had no debts, or little debt, making it possible for him to buy them and relocate.

The fact is, you cannot buy a club from a company, not without taking on all the aspects of the company such as the debt. Which is why Craig Whyte had to take on the ?18m bank debt.

You are really thick, you know that?[/quote]

buying a club from a company has happened numerous times before, the people who sold rangers say it happened, everyone important in football , the law and business says it happened and you have no evidence stating otherwise - the only stupid one here is you - keep it up thicko
so he didn't have the money to buy Airdrieonians but he had the money to buy Clydebank? Airdrie would have cost about 1p to buy, they had no assets, nothing. What they did have, was debt, and it's this that stopped Airdrie being bought. The same as it stopped Rangers being bought.

Do you have any examples of a club being bought (in Scotland) and all the debt being left behind, to back up your ludicrous arguments

'Show the red card to liquidation'?

Did you all hold that up because show the red card to the holding company couldn't fit?
