I'd also be asking Hearts why they waited so long to go to court over the decision to curtail the season? They were OK with the result of the vote so long as reconstruction went through but now their not OK with it. I think all of Budge's statements to the press and her attempts to coerce clubs to give in to her wishes ought to be brought up in court too.

What I do know is that my club has done **** all wrong here.

Less than 4 years later the very same person conjures up a plan not to half the number of pro clubs in Scotland oh no she wants to add a further two snouts into the trough.

Ogrens understandably may want to spend big now on lawyers to make sure hearts don’t win.

They might get some of that back from other side but not all.

Eg if hearts settle and get some compo probably won’t get any costs back

There's also the fact that Nisbet is probably going to want to hold off signing until he knows what league we will be playing in.

During this pandemic my main worry is i have went back to work when i have been told not to.When it comes to the football which is a major part of my life my main fear is starting in the Premiership with Reynolds and Connolly at the heart of our defence.

The above may well happen because of Hearts not accepting they were totally shyte last season,FACT.

Yeah united future and next season could be f*ed by this dragging on or if we don’t get promoted.

    Need this sorted.

Nuclear option but time to support league in throwing the book at hearts for this

Its the SFA who have the power to expel both teams from Scottish football but i think United should be magnanimous and tell Hearts we will stay with the diddy men for £8,000,000.

The whole club and its 5000 plus season ticket holders can all head off to Dubai to prepare for our kick off in October and still have a few million left over to strengthen the squad.
