Totally disagree , nothing breeds success like success , don't understand this acceptance of a losing mentality. Its highly probable that the Millers will be relegated this season, why not at least try and put a half decent cup run to look back on ?

Difference is I think we have some good players, but not a team full of them. Some of the subs are ok for Lge1. It's not always about tactics, as you keep hammering on about, but the ability of what's available.
