Way way way off the mark BFP, only ever been on here as Magpies1959. People being clever clogs, and guessing if an apparent new comer is in fact a old, bad boy, can make themselves look incredibly stupid.

Perhaps rightly all "newbies" seem to be treated with suspicion on here & I can remember somebody accusing me of being a "reddog" after my 1st post, anyone who knows me would smile at the idea so I just ignored it & carried on, if you reply to these posters you seem to become a target.

Just had a look, bout 20 seats left in the Famalam.

Here's my projections of capacity per stand, (including cameras and restrictions), just guesswork, so I welcome anyone else's opinion.

    JS: 3,880.
    DP: 7,000.
    Kop: 5,000.
    FS: 2,130.

Just a tad over 18,000 if it's a sell out.

So potentially a new record for the rebuilt ML?

Not sure how we reach 18,000 unless safety certificates are alterd , the folowing game as reference

Coventry v Notts playoff - gate 17,458 with 4,600 away , thats nearly 700 or 800 more visitors than mansfield, meaning that another approx 1300 more notts supporters would have to fit in, and the coventry match was a sell out ?

UTM had that Coventry attn listed as 17,615, not massively different. I did say it was only a guesstimate. Praps allowing 7,000 for the DP and 5,000 for the Kop is on the high side? I did look the DP capacity and FS capacity up on-line and as far as I know there are no restrictions in either?

That's the figure on the BBC report at the foot of the line-ups...

According to the ML wiki page, these are the number of seats (NOT capacity) in each stand:
    DP - 6,715
    FS - 2,281
    Kop - 5,440
    JS - 5,775
    Total - 20,211

So you can take about 2,000 off that total (for the JS) to start with. We don't know if there are restrictions in the other stands, or just the JS.

Edit - This Nottm CC report from 2004 confirms those numbers. At that time, we were allowed to use all seats (except for segregation if required in JS). There's probably a more recent report knocking around - https://committee.nottinghamcity.gov...ertificate.pdf

Looking at your figures, Bushy, it looks like @ 17,500 would be our absolute max. So with cameras etc, maybe 17,000 on Sat.
