I believe in ten years we'll be no further forward and will have new owners. The site at Camperdown will have been sold on to clear an unmanageable mortgage taken out by the current owners who will be seen as a set of owners who left us in the pretty much the same state they found us - a yo yo club struggling to find stability in the top flight.

I hope we'll be playing at a refurbished Dens but suspect we might be sharing across the road.

I'm just curious.......already we are 5 weeks from imminent......knowing someone who knows what he's talking about re construction......he's almost said it's impossible in Nelmsy timeframe........possible If started 2 years ago.

For me there's 5 or 6 stages to this.....planning application, planning approved, ground broken, stadium finished no 2 sided ****e, terms of lease and what happens with new owners.

I repeat, I hope I'm miles off. But common sense says we're not going into any new stadium in the time line proposed very publicly by John Nelms.

Therefore the questions are 1 - why does he say it? 2 - What is the real plan if there is one? And 3 - does he not think we deserve to know a bit more about these plans?

If he told us the reality maybe we could get behind him and the plans but instead we're treated like mushrooms and are expected to be just like you and take the ****e we're fed. No questions asked. No detail required.
