I truly believe he could have been a great player for us in different circumstances. Sadly he has been dead weight for us over the last year through injuries and other issues. Hope he can be successful elsewhere but we can now move onwards and hopefully upwards with a suitable replacement.

On his Insta now, along with some great pictures. Like Macca and RR, he'll be one I'll always keep half an eye on in years to come. Good luck to him.

Find it hard to believe he was sacked reading that statement from him, saying he will keep in touch with Palmer & RM. Would think they would be the ones who would do the so called dirty work like sackings

So we're getting a replacement right? Right?

I think this is the issue with one a front. A Scott back to full fitness and showing the ability he showed in the NL I have no doubt would be a competent back up to Jatta. The issue is who wants to be a back up?
He?s not a 10 in our system either as he?s not nimble/creative enough. We basically need another Didzy is some mould, one that can play 10 and 9 in our system, that way they?ll get more game time. The other alternative short term would be a journeyman or young No9 both accepting less minutes.

There evidently wasn't a behind the scenes issue, there was too much of a goodbye. For instance the promotion winning captain who threw his nappy out the pram got this...

"Kyle Cameron will spend the 2024-25 season on loan at Scottish side St Johnstone.

The 27-year-old, who won several youth caps for Scotland earlier in his career, teams up with the Perthshire outfit ahead of their SPL campaign, which kicks off against Aberdeen on 5 August.

Everyone at Meadow Lane wishes Kyle well for his spell north of the border."

You've got wrong person. As you would see if you looked harder.

I'm not saying anyone's been 'sacked'. That's what certain knaves on here are suggesting. 1+1 doesn't make 11 to me. Their conspiracy theory flies in the face of both the player's and the club's statements and social media output.
I simply suspect that there may soon be a 'surprising departure' under a cloud - for the better. If so, it might explain a lot. I'll wait and see.
