The only things that make me a bit cautious are that a) MK were dire, the worst team weve played all season. And b) we did rely to a great degree on moments of individual brilliance to win the game. Weve done that all season to be fair, but to get to where we need to be it is very likely we are going to have to beat someone good.
    Worse than Harrogate!?

    Accurate and true.

He isn?t doing half bad when you considered he is tactically inept, hasn?t a clue, doesn?t have the necessary charisma and puts his hands in his pockets far too much.

Expect one or more of these to be highlighted once we draw or lose at Colchester on that cabbage patch

When his hands are in his pockets he is ferreting around for a handful of nuts to feed the carthorse.

There?s a lot when you sit back and realise some of the stuff he has done. Integrated new back 3 and keeper not used to playing out. As good as George Abbott is Maynard must have played a part in improving his confidence and game awareness.
Inverted wingers, love or loathe them, he?s stuck by it and I believe a team with Jarvis and JJ playing inverted would be pretty frightening, certainly think Tsaroulla plays better right and lastly the structure is good, we do get around the box and for mean then it depends on the players magic dust and we also limit chances against us.
He?s not perfect but he has done some good stuff for me.

There isn?t many teams in history that have been successful without individual brilliance. Barcelona had Messi, Madrid had Ronaldo, PSG, Mbappe. Closer to home Liverpool have Salad, Citeh have Haaland and even when Leicester won the title they needed brilliance from Vardy.
I?d argue we?ve got to where we are despite not having all of our ?moments of brilliance? players available.
Either way, I?m happy we are up there fighting for a place in L1.
It?s what we?ve missed at home, game changers as I call them when teams sit back, you 100% need them.

Precisely so, when you're largely, limited to shooting from outside the box, it adds another dimension when struggling to break the back line.

Course you do. But certainly at home at least weve relied on them too much as the results weve had when theyve been missing have borne out.

If at the end of the day we get promoted no one cares too much, but i hope we can somehow spread the load a bit more next season.

I do, we?re far too reliant on Didzy from a creative point of view, fingers crossed Jarvis and Whittaker keep dabbing in and then add in the summer.

I'm still buzzing after those goals yesterday!

And according to Pavis Perspective, we haven't conceded a shot on target for three games. Really enjoying our defend from the front strategy. Reckon Abbott was the first player this season I saw sprinting at the oppo goalie, saw Austin do it, CW does it really well and noticed Traore also attacking the ball in their half - getting that fast press deep in the oppo half so they can't keep possession.

    That explains it

And long may it continue we?ve been enjoying his grazing all season
