We cannot afford to sell any of our key players at this stage of the window. The chances of finding a player of Wiles class with 9 days to go is very remote and that assumes the board make any money available. For me a sale now doesn't look good in the argument for PW is fully supported by the board. I think they have to come out with a clear statement that none of our key players are leaving.

The board will know that bids are likely (at any time during the transfer window) for our better players and the recruitment team will have identified alternatives just in case the bids are acceptable

I would say there are quite a few teams in league 1 & 2 who would like Stockton, but their budget may not cover
the price Morcambe are wanting. Even a few championship clubs thinking shall we make a offer as we get nearer
