Always feel very sad when a player has to consider signing for The Fun, it’s like an admission that their career is on a downward spiral.

Was disappointed when Stanton left and i feel the same about Mcmullen. Its a bad move letting him go i still think he has a lot to offer.

Agree Stanton was a miss, we were never the same without him either starting or an option of the bench (think Dunfermline away and Dundee home with him beside Harkes and Butcher at the back)

And we should absolutely be trying to hold onto McMullan as he will du a very good job at someone else who gives him games and in a system that suits his style, still entering his prime

Suspect he'll get a better move though and is playing them. Liked Stanton as well but not too fussed and don't see him as above Championship level.

Not sure I've ever see a United player give the ball away so regularly. Did have some great moments but just too few and far between.
