This is all set up for a Wilson hat trick next week.

He'll have to accomplish this great feat in the last 10 minutes though.

Hedges was poor and tonight and should've been subbed a lot earlier. That would've been an ideal game for Bryson to show a bit of experience and not give possession away so cheaply.
You won’t be seeing Bryson any time soon.
And I actually thought the ref was ok.
The tactics, passiveness, negativity & stupidity of Logan were to blame.

As a "football player" he is fkn rank.......................
I was starting to warm to him or at least his goals but we predominately play eyewateringly bad football with him in the side. He is a very difficult player to like and it doesn't help that he spends more than half his time on his backside.

The closest we came to an equaliser was a slightly forward pass across the halfway line before quickly reverting to sideways or backpasses ... some of which actually went to our players. That is the most disappointing thing about tonight, meek acceptance and surrender.
We never really looked like scoring.

It was square ball, square ball, punt, lose possession, repeat.

Our away performances are far too passive.
Gave a decent (at best) team far too much respect.

Rijeka will score at Pittodrie too.
We aren’t difficult to score against.

Ach on reflection we are still in it if we score early and get Pittodrie rocking as they are far poorer than expected. If we go all out attack and cut out the individual errors we have a (an admittedly small) chance.

Have to wonder if we scouted them properly beforehand as surely could have had a better go.

The new signings weren’t great tonight though. None of them looked particularly comfortable in possession and gave the ball away far too easily on many occasions and Ojo seems to do it in pretty bad positions.

I’d probably only give pass marks to Considine, Ferguson and Cosgrove tonight which is strange as 2/3 I normally cringe at.

No excuse for Logan , but there’s absolutely no chance that ref would’ve given us a penalty for that. He penalised us all night for innocuous challenges and let them get away with more robust challenges throughout the game.

Have you got some inside info on Bryson , or is that just your gut feeling ?

Close the thread, in a nutshell.
