How can they afford to pay off Pulis.Having been reprimanded for overspending and other dodgy activities,nothing seems to change.Except getting support from the EFL by reducing the penalty they received,which really does stink.

It does look like they are trying their best to go down,maybe tuna man had a big bet of relegation..pretty sure pulls would have wanted to bring some players in in jan and probably got told he can’t after maybe been promised he could and kicked off about it..
