Offshore, i do hope common sense prevails as i dont think the oil industry will be happy footing the bill for your quarantine. However, you may be able to get a pint or 2 dozen by the half way point!

older adults care home residents, estimate exceeded! staff 91%
94% of all adults care home residents, 79% staff.
99% (98) of over 80s in the community.
    99% (96) of 75-79s in the community.
    78% (72) of 70-74s in the community.

As i have previously mentioned, flu vaccine uptake each year is around 75%, so with most cohorts exceeding that uptake i would say that its been a success so far. I did expect a greater percentage increase in the last cohort, and i may be minded to think we are starting to see younger people not taking up their option, but then we still have Sunday and Mondays figures to add.

I see Boris made a great announcement today about 15m vaccines, but i am not sure if that is offered or delivered?

So is Boris spinning the numbers here to make things look better than they really are?

Depends what news source you trust. Boris does say 'administered' in the video, but then goes on to say 'offered' 30 seconds later. 😂

Saying 15,062,189 first doses have been given not sure how many second doses plus everyone in first groups have been offered the vaccine obviously some are refusing it but they are not counted in the 15,062,189.Those numbers from bbc see what you mean about different places giving different numbers though.

Interesting article above. Was it not December that Chinese doctor, who later died of Coronavirus, tried to warn other doctors of Covid only to be told to stop spreading false information by the police??
