I’d take 2m and 25% sell on for Macca. The club were shrewd in extending the deal for Macca which gives us scope to get good value for our prized asset.
Which also begs the question if Gateshead also have a sell on clause in Langstaff’s contract that will affect the final monies received?

I can't imagine they do. From what I remember, we triggered his release clause when we signed him, meaning no clauses can be added to the deal from their end.

Ipswich aren't doing too badly with a nobody. Think he & the Ramsey guy who was linked to Swansea all learned their trade down the road at Loughboro

Good call re McKenna - you’d imagine this is exactly the type of background the Reedtz would have in mind for head coach:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kieran_McKenna

Of course, for every McKenna there’s a Horseman (at FGR) who failed to make the step up.

The obvious point is that whoever comes in will be expected to fit into the current template and have already demonstrated that they play football the “Notts way” - with hopefully a few tweaks such as being able to keep clean sheets too - and can also handle a dressing room. As ever, it will be fascinating to see who the brothers find.

He pays for twitter so immediately makes him a weirdo. And he has zero things right and if you look back far enough, unless he deleted the tweet, even tried to make out our owners were bad

Marathon or Snickers, Opal Fruits or Starburst, ITA or ITV, ATV or Central, Lambs or Magpies, Boss Cat or Top Cat, Field Mill or Onecall.

It really does annoy me when BBC reporters refer to grounds by sponsorship names. They shouldn't be under any obligation to do this and they definitely would not have been allowed to do up to the 1980s at least.

In some of those cases, it was to rename them to what they're called in other markets so they can save costs of manufacturing wrappers and such, they also aren't stupid names, just different. X is a completely stupid name because Elon Musk is a moron

    An obscenely rich one though.
