I don't think it was our intention to add any players after Mulgrew signed. I get the feeling we won't sign anyone until we've lost several games. I think the club have been stringing fans fans along. Will be delighted to be proved wrong though.

This is where I am at the moment - I'll be very surprised if we sign any more players. Maybe a deadline day loan like McNulty last year but I think that will be about it.

If that is the club's plan then fine. If it works and we have a decent season then extra fine. But why come out with all the rubbish about "3 or 4" signings being targeted, etc?

Got my tickets to see the 'farewell'tour with Foreigner at the hydro next May today. Saw them on their first uk tour in 77 or 78 and many times since then. Very different band now and DCs voice is shot, but should still be a great show.

It’s like a scooby doo moment to 20 years ago when Alex Smith was manager.

Every week we were promised a “signing” no it turned out to be youth player signing an extension.

So we’ve had Logan Chambers, Ryan Edwards, Chico Mulgrew and Trevor Carson….
