I'm not suggesting that Csaba will be like McLean but it illustrates the point that you will not always see signs in the first 6 months that a manager will be a long term success.

But Burnley have stuck with Dyche for example and proven right. Europe for 1st time in 50 years or something.
Dyche has had consistent success at Burnley. There was no need for patience.

Fergie at Man U did until they won FA cup have a lean spell but he was not making the basic elementary mistakes and taking the kind of gibberish exhibits by csaba

There is absolutely nothing in all aspects of csaba’s performance to date that suggests entrusting him with ten future of the club is a good idea.

Our rivals and the fun must be loving it as we let this clown do more damage to our club

Wrong, it was cost because our manager didn't make 2-3 subs in the 60-70 min period of the game when it was obvious tiredness was creeping in with the dunfermline match 3 nights before

The fact he made the sub he did when he did only compounded this

The defence of Csaba is as weak as it can get

It wasn't Lyng's fault that our central defence then let the player waltz right through them and stick the ball in the net. Least said about Murdoch's balls up the better.

If either defender had put in a challenge, it would have been a red card if it went wrong. Lyng if he could have reacted quick enough might have got away with a pull back! He could have at least caught up with the lad and ushered him away, but his fresh legs took him away!

And Flood could have helped Murdoch out by punting the ball forward instead of sideways yet again! He could have also noticed the player closing down was always odds on to win the ball, instead of standing still shouting at a player in trouble!

especially since csaba not only picked him, but played him out of position despite having 2 centre halfs on the bench.
Murdoch, wherever he plays, is 9 mistakes waiting to happen.

Burnley were a low end champsionship club. They were actually the 22nd favourite to win the league when dyche took them up.

The club were very clear that they were not spending to stay in the premiership but were aiming to give a good account of themselves and then regroup with extra funds and parachute payments in champsionship to go back up again.

Dyche has followed that plan and met all objectives laid down for him.

That is totally different to csaba. He came in with set objective laid down. Winning the league. He said it was all about winning the league. ST said he was a great man manager and tactician.

Csaba failed miserably against the task set himself.

Dyche has met targets and shown great ability throughout. The two are like night and day

Well it would seem Csaba stays.

I'm happy to give him his chance to build a team.

Me too and I think a lot of fans understand the logic of it.

Especially fans of ICT, Dunfermline, Ross County, the fun and sevco who must be over the moon that we are persisting with an absolute joke of a manager
