Not a great draw really
Chelsea must think they dodged a bullet getting Hull rather than us at home. We all know what we can do to Chelsea when we play ‘em!!
Great result and rewards for Tranmere tonight. Hope they do the same to ManU on Sunday.
As for our team, Come on you Cobblers against Derby. Hopefully it's a better game and atmosphere at Sixfields than it was for our Friday night game at the old County Ground back in the mid 80s, a turgid 0-0 draw when we had our player manager Dave Cusack sent off. It was a bit better a few years later when we went there on a Monday/Tuesday night and beat them 1-0 in the FA Cup with Newcastle awaiting us in the next round.
I did attend a 3rd Round FA Cup game at the old 3-sided ground (with temporary stands erected on the cricket side) in the early 80s when they entertained the European Champions at the time, Aston Villa. Sold out and it was rammed full. My girlfriend (later Mrs CA No1) and I stood on the Spion Kop, no problem for me at 6'3" but with her being 5'1" I don't think she saw too muchLuckily for her it was on MOTD later that night.
Liverpool FC Women's team are playing their fixtures on the same pitch according to radio commentator last night
Great for Tranmere, fans will now be rushing for tickets on general sale today, shop was open until midnight yesterday for season ticket holders
They’re all having problems on line, stress levels![]()

Just mentioned on the Northampton commentary that it's their first time in the 4th round for 16 years. Did they have to remind meApparently one Christiano Ronaldo played against them that day. Just to think he could have graced Millmoor on his way to winning the FA Cup that year.
Hull knocked out. Get in!!!
Have them women linos been seen since our game?
