this board is much better than many and you may be right but ive not really noticed (maybe my blinkers) im not anti english at all myself and as you directed it at me thought i would just clear that up. You do however bring up some very thought provoking stuff with a different angle, including being doon south. I have no issue at all as typing on message boards things can be misconstrued and again i try not to but if i did i do apologise. Good to have all posters on here - even if you are an english **** (that is irony btw)

the numbers of black wanna be managers is so small so stats may be irrelevant - if there is a glass ceiling be good to look at how to attract managers of all creeds and stop the jobs for the boys networks. But that must be based on performance and results as thats the business of football.

they'll be saying not enough black managers get a chance next, here, infact what about Radio 1 advertising for positions stating 'only open to people from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority background.' no marches or statues were destroyed over that, could you imagine vice versa advert stating white only, OYF

They say that all the ****ing time mate. John Barnes, Sol Campbell etc but what happens when they do get a job? They're ****. Pure & simple. If they were good enough, they'd get a job. Nothing to do with the colour of their skin.
