They just wont admit that they backed a dead horse, despite the evidence is clear as day
I never asked them too, it was them that started all this praise the clown crap again, instead of just wishing him well, and leaving it at that, but i will not let them keep posting turd
What the hell are you on about? ‘it was them that started all this praise the clown crap again, instead of just wishing him well, and leaving it at that, but i will not let them keep posting turd’ Ironic???
Apart from NA’s qualities as a person, I’m not sure I’ve praised him? I do think there should be balance and context added to the discussion.
I haven’t got the energy or will power to challenge the points you raised and you’re incapable of having a calm reasonable debate. Where’s that block button!?
I was of the view that NA would not get us promoted. However, since he has thankfully gone and we appear to have green shoots under IB, can we please just agree to disagree re NA. My life is getting shorter and surely we can move on from this?
Unfortunately, the managerial merits of NA is destined to be debated here until the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse come charging into view (I live 45 minutes down the road from Megiddo, aka Armageddon, so should get an early sighting of them). Other hardy perennials (no pun intended) include...
* We would have won the league in 2020 if it weren’t for COVID
* Stanley Aborah, football genius
* Kevin Nolan, sacked too soon
* Mick Walker, sacked too soon
* Jamie Fullarton, sacked too late
* Curtis Thompson/Colby Bishop/Sam Osborne - whyohwhyohwhy?
* Ian McParland, the original “Ardleyball” merchant
* Derek Pavis, where it all went wrong
* Ray Trew, where it all went wrong
* How Alan Hardy cocked it up
The guys deluded, he criticises Nolan style of play, which by and large was successful, and prefers Ardleys, which was dull , dire, respect the point trash, he even went as far as saying he stopped going to games when nolan was in charge, which he will now deny, i can not be bothered to trawl through all his posts to find it - total retard
So all teams that go up via the playoffs are lucky because they are a lottery? Gotcha.
Let's all hope Burchnall this season is as lucky as Ardley was at Wimbledon that season.
.. off laddo
