I do believe we are the best team in the championship. Not sure that’s saying much this year but it’s my opinion. It’s impressive when you consider we sold the players we did and had the injuries.

If we scored at even a reasonable rate on our chances we’d be running away with it.

The thing about Farke is that we probably don’t upgrade if we fire him. Unless you upgrade you stick with the horse you’ve ridden

We have been a work in progress team for two seasons due to the fact that at the start of both seasons farke hadn’t had a clue which players he has to work with, seeing as they all jump ship and the board brings him underwhelming new players, he had to start gelling a team in days both seasons, a miracle he did it last season and again this to keep us in contention,only stupid mistakes is keeping us off the top.

With the squad Farke should get us out of this league. Purely and simply because we have the best squad with a few stand out players.

Not sure he is the right man for the PL though. His tactics seem pre planned and he is so rigid in approach he doesn’t really react to the game and adapt tactics beyond sometimes chucking all the forwards on together which then loses any shape the team had.

Squad will need a lot of additions if we make it back to the ‘promised land’ and some wi need to leave which if the 49ers are being brutal should probably include DF.
