Sad how what happened to Utd with relegation led to genuine quality like him and Souttar getting stick

Since leaving us he has been excellent for Burton, then MKDons and now got a move to Ipswich and is highly rated by fans of the first two, don't even think he'd consider Utd again in his career due to a loud minority
Spot on. He would improve our current team no end.

Harkes mane was indeed magnificent, however, if you’ve got to keep sorting yir barnet every two minutes then it’s time for a No 1 all over.

He has proved how good he is both while he was here and since he left. Gave up on Pawlett as our number 10 a long time ago, but suspect he'll get first shot at it( if we play with one at all.)
Once he's been found out again ( obviously hope he does a great job, but can't see it), we should be trying out Mochrie and/or Chalmers there. Both can carry the ball and shoot. Mochrie can see a pass, and I think given the chance, Chalmers could too. Just don't think he has the pace to be successful on the wing. If Declan Glass is fit and ready to play ( big ask after so long out) then he should get a chance also. Still think he's the most talented midfielder at the club.

    Please surprise me DUFC.

I get it wrong quite often. But more so I've got it right. And I think we are currently being run by a bunch if charletons ATM.

You can point the finger at TA, rightfully so. But the buck stops at the top.

    FAO Mark Ogren

If you are really up for helping us back to the top of Scottish football then get your finger out of your arse and listen to what everyone is saying.

The only individual that has made money out of Scottish football in my lifetime was Fergus McCann. I challenge everyone to offer otherwise?

Confidence amongst the (dwindling support) is at an all time low.

If you want DUFC to be a success, then you had better take a step back and recognise that there is a serious disconnect that has appeared between the support and the club.

It requires more than a 'charm offensive', many of our supporters have 'seen it all'' so please stop trying to fob us off with excuses.

If you (the Ogrens) are truly up for the challenge, then the fans will back you and the team - like you ain't even seen yet. Believe you me, a packed Tannadice on a European tie night is special.

But there is something wrong ATM. And I think we all know where/who the problem is.
Yip you are right only person who has owned a club in scotland and made a load of money of them that I know of was wee fergus. Also saved them from having to do a sevco and built them a new ground.Amazingly septic fans at the time hated the wee fella just got to hope utd regime just now do something great and get it up all the haters.

Agree but people just seem to think utd can just sign players willy nilly that are going to be great where are all these players that we can sign within our budget that are going to make us great?Know it's not you'r job either but maybe the job of finding super players in our budget is not as easy as some believe.

Yeah but armstrong only signed another contract on the agreement he could leave when a fair or decent offer came in for him and had us over a barrel with the tinks offer.

So what, we just sign nobody? We've signed a 35 year old centre half and a 32 year old reserve keeper in almost a year. There HAS to be players out there within our budget that can improve our team.
