As always, they want everything their own way. I'll be a little surprised if any of the "charges" stick and if they do, it will be peanuts of a fine. I must admit i'm not aware of the punishments avaialable but i can't see it being much to harm them, this is all for show from the SFA to try and make up for their obvious inclinations that have been picked up on by anyone with a heartbeat and a brain cell. ;-)
