Ismael has to go. He has lost the dressing room - the team has no motivation, ideas and grit. We had it early season ... but have clearly lost it now. It seems to be any player who has the ball wants to get rid immediately. So we have become a rabble haring around chasing the ball but no end product. Enough is enough. The manager should be getting more out of these players .... even though they are one of our worst squads in 20 years. Val has lost it.
Hate to say it ... but Ismael OUT.

Wonder if any of vals happy clappers will try and defend his crap now
I’ve been interacting on FB with one of our old posters and friend of mine the esteemed YarmouthBaggie.
A late 40’s fan of unwavering loyalty and support, the sort of person that the word “supporter” truly embodies.
He walked out on 45 minutes with steam gushing from his ears, I don’t think he’s ever been so furious with the team and the club.
If Yarmouth says it’s time for a manager to go you can pretty much start taking the name plaque down from his door.
Lunchtime tomorrow will be too long to wait for the news in his book.
Val out and FOL.
That was probably as embarrassing a watch as I have witnessed from an Albion side. That says a lot considering the dross that we have served up this season. I honestly believe, and I realise that many will disagree, that this side, with the correct person in charge, can be successful. What baffles me is how Ismael got Barnsley into the play offs last year. Words fail me to describe how inept he is. I can only repeat what I've said on another thread, he has to go, and straight away!
It’s impossible to stick up for him after that display and recent form. I’d take Bruce or Sir Gary now.
Fair play Viaduct. You called this one early and got stick for it but you weren’t wrong.
I left on 88 minutes toxit night, reminds of the Bobby Gould days.
There are many questions that have to be asked - to many different people in charge.
One of the most important ones is:
Many agree with the need of reinforcements to the squad, esp goal scorers, and creative midfielders. So far, we have got an American player who lasted some 60 minutes, and January ends come this Monday. Why no other players in!?
In my opinion this is probably the worst squad we have had the last ca 15 seasons, difficult to expect something else than mid table Championship position and results then.
FOL!!!
