Clearly both of those things go hand in hand for him.

Whatever we thought of Hayes decision to leave, he at least did the right thing and signed a new contract so we got some half decent money for him, a thing that complete chunts like Jack or Fraser never thought about. Any chunt that doesn't give 100% effort and doesn't want to be at our club can take the A90 south and good riddance.
Those who bother to show passion, give their all and try their best can leave for a bigger wage with goodwill as they have not robbed a wage and bothered to actually give a fu(k especially against the cheeks.
