...and he’s Derby through and through, mista. Think he’s been with us since he was about seven and that sort of connection always seems to bring a little bit extra when it works. Think ‘Steve Powell’.

I know he might have his head turned by money - didn’t Wolves make a big bid a year or so ago - but I hope you’re right and we might have four or five young ‘gems’ coming through.

More exciting than just going out and buying somehow, and a mixture of young up and coming alongside hardbitten old pros might well be the way out of this division next season. Credit to Wassall too.

I can't help feeling that if Dominic Cummings had been appointed referee for today's game, the place would be ablaze with comment.

Or are we all hanging around the streets of Bermondsey looking for a costermonger to pick a scrap with?
I to find it amazing, frankly I'm rather glad to read about football instead of the moans of a number of people stuck in the 50's and 60's plus one character who has clearly swallowed the right wing agenda of those lower down the social scale blaming those right at the bottom for their ills!

I'm chuffed for the lad, it was something he dreamt about scoring a hatrick for his boyhood club and he's already done it at a young age, apparently he's made history as the youngest hatrick scorer now in the top four leagues

Just seen his second...another neat move and fine finish...impressed!
Joe Hart been released by Burnley..... At 33 hes still got a few years in him, could we pick him up on a cheap 2 year deal?? Would you?

No thanks Geoff were trying to cut the wage bill not increase it Plus I don't think he'd come ,believe Leeds have first option . But we desperately need one Carson coming back but he's finished Hamer and Roos fill me with dread

RA yes Wolves were said to interested last season Not sure about Wassall involvement in his development but certainly Pat Lyons and Craig Short have had a big part in his development Your spot on about the need for some hardbitten pros because we do have a soft touch to us Bit surprised Shinnie didn't start yesterday ,thought he was our best player against Blackburn

Can't see it happening, he got shown the door at Man City because he was uncomfortable with the ball at his feet, which is how Cocu likes to play it.
