Each case needs to be looked at individually. I believe in protecting human rights and democracy, no matter which countries are involved. When a country takes action against another, is it defending or attacking these?
That is why Russia should be banned now, and England not for taking action against the Taliban for example.

Imo, the comparison is a ridiculous one. Sadam Hussein, the Taliban, Gadaffi? None of those countries were 'invaded' in the way Putin has invaded Ukraine. The rights and wrongs of going into those countries? That's definitely a case for debate but, for me, is so different from what Russia has done that the comparison isn't even valid.
