I think deecom is trying to suggest that when you look at the actual number players Bowyer has signed it is quite low in comparison with the earlier managers. It may be a misunderstanding of the situation and Bowyer is actually trying to bring players of a higher standard who seem to be reluctant to join us. The promise of bigger wages if we get promotion seems a bit more of a gamble given the off field disquiet about our future.
I think that if we still have Dens we can be handed over to another set of owners. If we have a ground sharing deal at Tannadice I think it might be more difficult to find new owners.
I would be very surprised and disappointed if our current owners did not find some way forward for us as a club.
There is a new topic on the Dark Blues Forum which encloses information from the Companies House website that Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited have two charges secured against the whole of the Campy Nou site in favour of an Isle of Man based company called Soho Green pcc Limited. The charges were set up on 24th November 2022 and 5th December 2022.
I must admit that I have slipped up not noticing these charges on the Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited page on the Companies House website. I have given up checking the Companies House website for updates about Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited and Dundee Football Club Limited as nothing new has been posted in the Filing History of both companies.
There have only been 2 posts on the topic on the Dark Blues Forum which I find very surprising as there is some interesting information about the typical returns investors could make handing over their money to Soho Green pcc Limited.
