Just sat in the pub after the game at Eastwood and you’re going down Frank,it’s a tidy little ground with free parking,a bar and somewhere to buy burgers n stuff, seven quid to get in so a bit of a bargain,Wisbech was holding their own until the second half and Eastwood scored a quick goal and then that was it,finished 3-0 in the end,the attendance was 120 odd I think it was announced, next game near me is Newark, fingers crossed 🤞

Not me mate, if i go its only because nowt better is on. Wisbech have been collapsing like that since i started in 2016. I dont know what the contracts are like, if any of the players have one.

If they do, it should state that training is twice a week, before joining, it should be said that that is the case. If they are paid on a match by match basis, then many wont turn up, thats what the kids are like today.

I can tell you that Wisbech train once a week. Its not enough to do the hard physical fitness work, develop tactics, set plays, corners, who does what in a hour or hour and a half or two.

No where near, this is how amateurish Wisbech are, they run out of steam, are not organised, but stiil expect to get paid.

If players dont get paid for training, they wont turn up, its a managerial problem, a chairman problem. Modern players dont want to train anyway, like Brierly Hill Town circa 2013 or 14. They dont love the game anymore.

Wisbech are going down, do i care?

NO. I am club free, its all more of the same, the same old treadmill, there is no art anymore.

Wisbech are a bunch of kids turning up for a kick around, no professionalism at all.
