Its Parkinsons Cam . My French teacher had it. Back then nobody new why he was virtually break dancing when he would write on the blackboard .He was a brilliant teacher though. There is medicine now to calm the symptoms .I doubt Merkle has it though it just doesn't come on it takes time for the symptoms to get to a point where its visible .Its a horrible disease i am sure none of the comments are ment in a horrible way .
