I vote for another centre half, a defensive midfielder and a striker (still not convinced about Bamford and not sure Roofe will be able to sustain his current excellent form for a full season; either that or defenders will work out how to counter him. Hopefully some of the academy / development players can provide cover for other positions - left back in particular.
Totally agree. Its not a case of interfering with the brilliance we have now but being ready for the marathon season.
Our key players such as saiz and hernandez need quality cover. So one quality attacking midfielder and a CB of quality for me. Maybe a striker as Roofe can be an attacking mifdielder if need be.
Great at moment though and i fancy us the beat Preston and Boro.

This teams reaction to adversity, bad fouls and calls is totally different from last years even though it's much the same squad. few cards and many of those long after the games been settled. the focus is on winning the ball and not payback.

Injuries are a big factor but the problem is who want's to sit behind someone? we've kind of got that going at Keep right now, seem to be set at striker and have some good youth players filling in at half and back. MB has shown he likes to stick with him team and none of our current players seem inclined to want to come out or rest a start.

I think that's why he sold Vierra and offloaded a bunch more. he's going to run a very lean squad. it's dicey due to the number of games but sitting someone that would be starting at most any other team is a problem.

it is a wonderful problem to have. One that none of us saw coming at seasons beginning.

Anybody know how Vierra is getting on. I was never fully convinced about him.
And we need another CB. Barclays departure is still an open chasm imo.

I like the way bielsa has no favourites, if you're not doing the business he's happy to haul you off and put someone else on, even trusting the youngsters.

Vieira sat on the bench with the other 11 subs (12 named in Seria A) and hasn't got on yet
