Yet you start this thread about something that had nothing to do with Salmond.

an independent scotland without trident would give glasgow a massive economic boost since the MOD have been blocking drilling for oil between the clyde and arran since the early 80s.

theres also 2000 oil licenses to be auctioned off for the atlantic once the referendum is over, again on the glasgow side of the country. do glaswegians want the benefit or just happy to give all your potential wealth to your masters?

better to be british and poor and loathe your own country backing labour who need to keep the poverty stricken poor to win votes by benefit bribes...

heres another thing, if theres 200,000 + employed in the north sea, there could be double that to gain employment in the atlantic seen as we own a fair c***k of it thanks to st kildas positioning and there being nothing between us and the usa and canada.

it will be a travesty if the uk goverment sell scotlands oil again to the highest bidder.

a norwegian type oil fund is more achievable than the unionist would have you believe.

Maybe you can educate me on the floor space of the old academy building and explain to me how it could host 129 MSPs and their staff and all the parliament staff?

A propos of nothing, I met a boy who was employed as a joiner in the initial build of the parliament who was based in Aberdeen. He was taken down to Edinburgh to fit doors, accommodation, travel etc all paid by the Scottish government. Only thing was, when he got there, the walls in which he was supposed to be fitting the doors hadn't actually been built yet. Great use of taxpayer's money, eh?

I can't believe some people are trying to use issues in Holyrood's construction to lobby for a NO vote on independence!

Are you all nincompoops, for goodness sake!

Scotland will only fail to be a nation again if the traitors and knaves a**** us cowardly stab Scotland in the back and betray Scotland and the Scottish people with their slimey machinations!
