My Liverpool fanatic friend and colleague cannot stand him and despairs ar his tactics and decision making.

I'm a big fan although he has made me cringe a couple of times with things he's said in interviews, he's a bit too media friendly although Kenny was the opposite & look where that got him.

He should have gotten a defensive midfielder in last month but I wouldn't pin the blame for that solely on him.
