    Boring breakfast for me

    Two weetabix with semi skimmed mild and a banana
    A big mug of loose leaf freshly brewed earl grey tea
    Two paracetamols and two ibuprofen as I've got man flu

    Will be stopping at McDonalds for a big tasty with bacon and cheese washed down with a white coffee

    I'm going out at half 12 so am having breakfast and lunch first.
