    I would have let the Argies have it. A bit of rock and field and 500 sheep was not worth the lives of British soldiers. And if the islanders who told us they wanted to remain British were unhappy with that then they could have moved back. To Britain.

    Poor show, AJ. If the Argies had tried diplomatic means then I agree, we could've looked at a long term strategy for the islands. It was the way they went about it that required a military response.

    you thinl all that time effort was spent on the people of the Malvinas
