The other semi could likely be moved to an Edinburgh ground, consistent with the likely attendance, rather than having thousands of empty seats and a lesser atmosphere.

No brainer really, but of course it must be a conspiracy.

It was ridiculous that the SFA decided semi final and final venues without knowing what teams would be involved, however, that's what they did and to be frank everyone expected celtic to get to the final yet they still made parkhead the venue. For that reason I really doubt there would have been any calls to get the final switched had the favourites (celtc) got to the final...why should the semi's be switched?

Suppose my point is that if Sporting Integrity is so important why on earth did they make the venue for the final at the home of the favourites to win the cup?

I don't blame them but why is it all of a sudden an issue...ok we didn't know Rangers would be so close to an Ibrox Semi-final but you would've bet your bottom dollar that celtc were on a collision course for a Parkhead Final.

    wasn't a problem then...

Yes it was - the whole decision to determine the venues ahead of time instead of waiting to see what was appropriate was a load of horse$hit from the SFA.

I know you weegies like to turn this into former old firm tit for tat, but maybe it was just a stupid decision.

I'm not a weegi ya plank.

I think it should be changed to Parkhead for the record BUT...make no mistake they wouldn't have changed the final venue had Celtc been involved.

Everybody is assuming Rangers will be in the semi. Let's just wait and see what happens against Albion and then when we do win we can decide to have it at Ibrox.
