We were all 21 once. Some of us unfortunately longer ago than others. But I can still remember it.

Bet there are some who visit this forum who were involved in the so called hooligan scene of the 70's and 80's.

Unless the picture was taken 3am in the morning before a match or training session, don't see what the problem is.
Do think he believe's he is bigger than team, His performance vs forest showed that.

Towie? What exactly did Ravel do wrong in the Forest game?

I saw him showboat a bit in the second half when the game was lost, but for 60 minutes he was following his instructions playing deep and playing simple balls.

to answer your question Mike, when you are 5-0 down the last thing you need is a team member showboating and not passing to other teammates.
The time to showboat is when you're winning 5-0, I felt it was disrespectful to the team and showed him as not a team player. but he is young and will make mistakes, so sending him on loan to old Harry might help him grow up a bit.

    Classy kid, just misunderstood.

Now, if this doesn't give you some indication as to the sort of attitude he is carrying around with him, and you continue with the 'he's just a kid, no different to how we were', then you are being contrary just to convince yourself you're right.
